Yes, we will see again our respective cities filled with fat troglodites taking any pretext to vandalise every weekend. Yes, we will have to suffer from traffic congestion whenever a bloody game takes place. Of course we will be again surrounded by that macho agressive, homophobic ambiente polluting the sport itself. But if you have got soccer fetish: should you really care about the fans? ;)
In the eve of the Opening of the Tournament, some teams are already showing off their newest uniforms. I have some samples from the presentation of America F.C., from Mexico City, one of the richest and most popular team in this soccer-driven country. Owned by powerful media house Televisa S.A., they have the most powerful media weapons just for themselves to bombard us with their image.

Memo Ochoa, goalkeeper from America F.C., he's such a hottie: you see him on Nike and bread ads in Mexico.. This isn't his best pic, anyways, but I love his beautiful, long curly hair.

Ok, this image is THE image.... i'm speechless. You won't deny this is erotic on purpose: why would Nike want the fat soccer team fans to buy a stretch shirt? Is it commercial purpose? or is it just to wake up dark desires on us?

P.S. Mexican Soccer League has a lot of handsome, popular players. I just wish this country as as liberal as, for example, France, where hunkie Rugby players don't mind making sexy, erotic calendars just for the fun of it. Or for raising funds or whatever. But in this Catholic, conservative place, and all that hypocrite family parafernalia surrounding the sport, it's at least by now unimaginable...
When will we have our calendars!?!? Probably in a few more years, when birth rates plunge and there are less and less children to indoctrinate in Christianity and more openly gay men with wallets full of money?
